Construction and assembling base is the basis of construction industry
The Joint Stock Company “Institute “Orgenergostroy” is one of the leading Russian companies in designing and constructing of construction and assembling bases.
Construction and assembling base (CAB) is the building industry base built directly at the site of future NPP, TPS or other facilities designed for continuous provision of all building processes with required materials, structures, etc.
CAB is a multi-functional production cluster that can be integrated into capital construction project of any sector irrespectively of complexity and geography. Besides, after finalizing the main object, the CAB can be used as an autonomous unit and adapted for new objectives.
The standard structure of CAB, depending on the project requirements, can include such facilities as:
- Concrete mixing plant (CMP) of increased capacity;
Shops for fabrication of reinforced concrete blocks and reinforcement cages, enlargement areas; - Complexes of mechanical and electrical equipment assembling works, of anticorrosion, insulation, ventilation and other works;
- Construction laboratory;
- Other production shops.
Actually, being experienced in realization of construction projects for all enlisted objects in a complex (within CAB), we offer our competences for construction of production, administration, storage and other facilities of different complexity and for any needs individually. Our specialists are able to design and construct and analogous object: from storage premises to full scale factory on “turn-key” basis.
Today no nuclear power plant in the world, being built by national design, can function without CAB. Due to that, we managed to reach significant optimization of the terms of construction in comparison with standard ones, to reduce the expenditures (due to reduction of expenditures for logistics and to exclusion of manufacturers’ additional charges), to upgrade the quality (all fabricated structures, materials and mixtures are subjected to laboratory testing).
