On October 26, within the framework of the III Russian-Uzbek Educational Forum in Samarkand, a Trilateral Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Joint Stock Company "Institute "Orgenergostroy", the Tashkent Branch of NRNU MEPhI (TB NRNU MEPhI) and the Agency for the Development of Nuclear Energy under the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

According to the Memorandum, Orgenergostroy will become a platform for students of the Tashkent Branch of of NRNU MEPhI to undergo internships and practical training. This will allow future specialists not only to gain priceless experience, to apply theoretical knowledge in practice, but also to have an opportunity of further employment in one of the leading private companies of the Russian nuclear industry.

During these events, Ruben Sargisovich Gasparyants, Deputy General Director of Orgenergostroy, visited the Tashkent Branch of NRNU MEPhI. During his visit, Gasparyants R.S. familiarized himself with the curricula and topics of diploma works of the university graduates, got a detailed picture of the skills and competencies of future specialists, as well as visited the labs, equipped with the state-of-the-art equipment, and suggested considering cooperation between the laboratories of Orgenergostroy and the TB NRNU MEPhI.

The educational forum held at Samarkand State University became an international platform for interaction between more than 200 heads of higher educational institutions of Uzbekistan, representatives of local and foreign production companies, heads of departments and governments of both countries. The event discussed important issues of integration of science and innovation, production, education, as well as the development of cooperative relations in the fields of energy, engineering and technology, chemical industry, training and professional development.
