El-Dabaa NPP

NPP "El-Dabaa" - a project for the construction of the first nuclear power plant in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The plant will be equipped with 4 power units with VVER-1200 reactors of generation 3+, commissioning is scheduled for 2024/2026.

The joint-stock company “Institute "Orgenergostroy” started the implementation of this project in 2017, our efforts are developing the necessary design and working documentation for temporary buildings and structures of the station, including the construction and installation base, as well as the construction management project of power units 1-4.

In 2019, Orgenergostroy specialists began performing complex engineering surveys at the construction site of the El-Dabaa NPP.

Concrete material selection and quality control, aggregate quarry certification, cement and additive supplier evaluation and approval, and flow chart development have been all recently completed.
