Novovoronezh NPP-2 in Novovoronezh town is being built based on “NPP-2006” Project incorporating innovative decisions and advanced developments of national engineers. The plant is planned in order to substitute the gradually closing capacities of Novovoronezh NPP.
In course of construction of the Project the innovative technologies of construction of NPP buildings and structures developed by JSC OES specialists, applying enlarged reinforcement and reinforced form block (with stay-in-place forms) are used.
The advantage of the decision is that the blocks fabricated in shop conditions enabled reducing labor expenditures directly at the objects transferring them in maximum from construction site into the CAB shops, reducing labor consumption and the terms of installation of reinforced concrete structures of NPP buildings and structures.
Nowadays the methods of NPP construction developed by the Company are successfully applied in construction of Leningrad NPP-2, Baltic NPP, Byelorussia NPP, and are introduced into designs of new NPPs.
The company's nuclear construction methods are currently being used to construct the Leningrad NPP-2, Baltic NPP, and Belarus NPP as well as being incorporated into the designs of new VVER-1200 power plants (NPP-2006).
Orgenergostroy carried out the development and maintenance of extremely complex projects (ECP).
